So, I've done well. Here's the rest of Monday:
Afternoon Snack
Dinner - split pea soup and bread
Bedtime snack - this is a cup of fat-free frozen yogurt, about half what I would usually eat, which would also be premium ice cream, so definitely a lower-calorie option than I usually choose
